HOW TO SOLDER
1. Prepare surface by deburring and cleaning with sand paper or wire brush.
2.Surfaces being soldered must have a very small clearance between them for the joint to be soldered properly and remain strong.
3.Apply flux. Flux is critical to soldering. Solder will not bond without flux.
4.Apply heat. Being to melting temperature( flux sizzles).
5.Apply solder. Remove heat. Allow to cool. Remove residue.
WARNING
Flux and flux fumes can cause severe irritation of the eyes, skin and mucous membranes. Flux contatins zinc chloride and hydrochloric acid.
