This brass brazing alloy contains relatively high level of Ni, which can improve the plasticity of the alloy and the wettability of the brazing filler metal on cemented carbide. It is especially suitable for brazing cemented carbide, and can be used for brazing applications with high corrosion requirements, such as the brazing of steels and nickel alloys.

Aluminium Flux Cored Wire
The flux-cored metals are composed of outer metal skin and inner brazing flux, and can be fabricated into various shapes such as rods, wires and preforms according to customers' requests.
The products have the advantages of enhancing brazing automation and efficiency, reducing and controlling the usage of flux as well as improving quality stability. They can be used with automatic shrink-ring and induction brazing equipment to raise productivity.
Compared with the traditional solid wire+flux (especially corrosive flux) process, the flux-cored preformed ring process has the following advantages:
1.The proportion of solder/flux is stable; The welding appearance is more beautiful and consistent; More in line with customers' increasingly demanding aesthetic needs;
2.It is more convenient to use, and the brazing process is simpler. It is suitable for automatic flame/induction brazing, with higher efficiency and lower unit production cost;
