HIGH TEMPERATURE BRAZING
High Temperature Brazing uses vacuum or protective atmosphere furnaces to join complex assemblies made in stainless steels or other high alloy base materials. The technology is used for the drill, oil exploitation industry, used for the manufacture of heat exchanger used in diverse applications, in the manufacture of gas turbines and in the automotive sector for the manufacture of catalytic converters.

For example,L312(Ag40CuZnCd) has ability of lowest melting point, excellent processing properties of brazing, for brazing copper and copper alloy, steel and stainless steel,etc. It’s widely used in Diamond cemented carbide.
And for CuAgZnNi, we not only select the highest grade raw materials, but also adopt the 3A (military product quality control means) quality control means in the production process to ensure the reliability of eyewear welding wire quality and the best stability in the same kind of products. High weld strength, strong combination. The weld streamline is rapid without inclusions. Smooth and beautiful surface, corrosion resistance, can greatly reduce the workload of related processes.
